Today is supposed to be in the triple digits. I wanted to go outside and enjoy a cigar while I could. So at 7:30am, I grabbed an “Alison” out of my humidor and made my way to my patio. The La Palina cigar line is a new old line. The brand was first introduced in 1896 by Samuel Paley. Mr. Paley later went on to form CBS (yes that CBS!). Skip forward to present day and the grandson of Samuel Paley, Bill Paley or Little Bill, has relaunched the label.
